The Role
Why Does Your Role Matter?
The Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing and working in a highly creative yet sales-driven operation, the Growth Marketing Specialist will optimize the platform performance within the paid media channels. The successful candidate will have proven experience with driving online sales, ensuring profitability and optimizing paid media with a test and learn approach.
Essential Functions for this Role:
Optimize SEO, SEM, email, SMS, social media, display and video campaigns by comparing performance and tracking user reported as well as native reported data
Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage and convert users into customers
Continually monitor performance across all platforms to track trends and ensure each channel is functioning for its intended purpose
Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns allocating budget to maximize the effectiveness of each channel during promotions and off promotions
Evaluate performance of SMS signup popup and change out creative as necessary
Develop and collaborate on campaign strategies to maximize the ROI of marketing efforts as a whole
Leverage our website, mobile platforms, and 3rd party channels to optimize for conversions across all paid media channels.
Make data driven decisions while constantly testing and learning
Implement new strategies and execute current plans to generate and grow sales and brand awareness.
Stay on top of new trends and technologies that will impact the eCommerce industry.
Manage tactical execution of marketing programs which build our pipeline and drive business growth
Work closely with team members to share best practices and leverage marketing programs and initiatives; create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Use existing social media posts and create new ads across various placements to increase engagement, conversions, and other goals
Adjust campaigns and budgets and make other changes as necessary depending on whether a promotion is currently running
Add new products to Google Merchant Center and make changes to current products as necessary including descriptions and prices
Collaborate with companies taking part in giveaways, and create landing pages and evaluate performance of campaigns promoting giveaways
Coordinate with content team and graphic designers to ensure creative deliverables are executed in a timely manner and provide suggestions on creative for best performance
Assisting with media buying on Amazon
Pull regular reports of Amazon performance work to keep listings and other brand assets updated with strong imagery.
Work with the creative team to get video assets tailored for Amazon Ads
Assemble regular SEO reporting
Identify opportunities and recommendations for improved ranking on relevant keywords
Ideal Qualifications Include:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1-3 Years of experience in acquisition and paid media
Knowledge of digital analytics, SEO, paid social, paid search
Strong organizational and time management skills
Highly passionate, problem solver with strong creative and analytical skills
Innovative and challenging strategic thinking and ability to challenge the status quo
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A strong understanding and passion for all things digital marketing
Experience executing multi-channel marketing and demand generation campaigns
Team-oriented approach, with ability to take initiative, prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting expectations and deadlines
Compensation:
Base salary negotiable (depending on experience)
An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of experience.
